Monitor, manage and maintain servers, desktops, printers, peripherals, security systems, copiers, VoIP, and voice mail phone system. Provide proactive maintenance of a Microsoft Exchange Server and a proprietary CRM system. Evaluate and update all IT-related procedures, create and maintain user accounts, and administer licensing and service contracts. Create and run reports using Crystal Reports and MS SQL query statements. Perform continual monitoring of office equipment, computers, infrastructure, and security.
