Visit two branches daily and audit key components, review compliance reports with managers, Train and coach employees on operational procedures and policies, provide hands on support for new managers and provide operational tools for branches to quickly identify and close risk events. take part in branch celebration visits with the District Executive as well as branch daily morning huddles. manage payroll for the district in the absence of the district administrative and support managers with employee relations
