Support organizations in business development and strategic planning, develop operation systems, assess compliance, audit readiness, staff development and team building • Training and Development: Organizational management, leadership, public relations, organizational compliance, budget, fiscal operations leadership, business, social justice, financial literacy, and early care and education. Curriculum design: building and development of curriculums and trainings that are culturally competent, diverse and with a goal of promoting leadership and effective management strategies.
