● Prepared and analyzed income statements, balance sheet and earning schedules for more than $2 billion of non-profit organizations’ operation ● Determined organizations’ profitability and tracked cash flow, accrual revenues and expenses, balance sheet and income statement key ratios ● Worked with controller in analyzing account variance between actual and budget and in forecasting and budgeting for the fiscal year of 2003 ● Assisted management in converting department’s old financial planning and reporting system (PFS) into new corporate financial accounting system (Logosaccount software)
