Provided field service reports from onsite hardware service calls to HP customers. • Advocated for the customer with HP departments when customer expectations are not being met. Ensured that Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) were met by monitoring case progress and action plans were being followed. Verified that unresolved cases had action plans that met or exceeded the customer’s expectations.
