• Provided deliverables to key Data Center Care accounts, including patch strategies for UNIX system. Protecting systems from known defects. • Offered proactive technical advice for systems running Linux and HPUX and MS Windows such as scheduling firmware updates for both standalone and Blade server environments. These actions helped reduced unexpected system outages. • Collaborated with sales associates to provide the best computing solutions for Data Center Care environments. Thus lowering cost and increasing data center productivity. • Delivered Power Point presentations showing the value added by our services. Provided field service reports from onsite hardware service calls to HP customers. • Advocated for the customer with HP departments when customer expectations are not being met. Ensured that Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) were met by monitoring case progress and action plans were being followed. Verified that unresolved cases had action plans that met or exceeded the customer’s expectations.
