Spearheaded the start-up of a brand new, $14-million water park, including overseeing construction, aquatics, maintenance, and media / public relations, hiring, training, safety, proactively directing core sales, marketing, and merchandising. Wrote SOP manuels for Operations, F&B and cash control. Designed all signage in park. Assisted in the final floor design of park. Handled all state and city inspections for the rides, building, F&B and chemicals. Install and set up new salt water chlorination system for park. Trained all maintenance staff of new salt water system. Kept logs on hourly rotations and chemical readings. Conducted weekly in service classes for lifeguards. Handled customer service related issues. Created daily, weekly, monthy and annual maintenance reports. Weekly shift as Manager on Duty for the entire resort. Conducted visual, written and physical audits of all lifeguards. Trained managers and supervisors on how to properly conduct all audits. Conducted visual, written and physical audits of all lifeguards. Daily cash control audits of tills.
