Oversee aquatics, maintenance, and media / public relations, hiring, training, safety, proactively directing core sales, marketing, and merchandising. Wrote SOP manuels for Operations, F&B and cash control. Handled all state and city inspections for the rides, building, F&B and chemicals. Install and set up new salt water chlorination system for park. Trained all maintenance staff of new salt water system. Kept logs on hourly rotations and chemical readings. Conducted weekly in service classes for lifeguards. Handled customer service related issues. Created daily, weekly, monthy and annual maintenance reports. Weekly shift as Manager on Duty for the hotel. Started operation graduation overnights for water park sales. Started new merchandising program. Monthy and yearly budgeting. Scheduling for employees. Maintained Elite status for Ellis and Associates for the first time in their history. (Lifeguard training and auditing company.). Conducted visual, written and physical audits of all lifeguards. Trained managers and supervisors on how to properly conduct all audits. Daily cash control audits of tills.
