Collaborated cross-functionally as a member of Oncology Policy & Practice Committee to initiate and implement ONS supported PPE standards for antineoplastic and chemotherapeutic medications; increased safety for oncology healthcare staff and decreased occupational hazard. Demonstrated mastery and high-level expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of medically complex patients. Directed process optimization in palliative care to reduce expenditures and improve patient care. Provided exceptional bedside care with a focus on compassionate interventions and symptom management. Provided patient-centered care, while synchronously providing ongoing education for healthcare professionals utilizing palliative care techniques throughout the organization.
