Daily Duties at Wyeth (American Cyanamid):
• Roy used reaction calorimetry for process development purposes within its agricultural and food division. He also gained additional experience in the laboratory for process R&D studies in all aspects of thermal hazards/process safety evaluation. In 2000, Dr. Drayton filed two “Records of Invention” regarding novel techniques for identifying and characterizing polymorphic compounds. The proprietary nature of this work remained in-company trade-secret. NB. American Cyanamid was adsorbed as a Wyeth and BASF company. The Wyeth division later became a Pfizer company.
