Developed policies and procedures, plans, organizes, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as recruitment, employment, compensation, labor relations. Interviewed and sourced candidates, managed employee benefit plans for all employees, administered workers' compensation claims/disputes. Employee Relations, recruitment, workers compensation, HR website. Addressed termination and benefit issues. Utilized strong analytical and organizational skills, processes and technology. Software used PeopleSoft and ADP.
