Administered and reviewed employee benefits programs. Interacted with department directors and staff in implementation of current, revised and new employee benefits. Responded to complex questions from managers and employees regarding employee benefits. Developed and presented benefits portion of employee monthly orientation to all staff. Tracked and approved leaves of absence for total time off and state compliance. Managed benefits and payroll deduction’s and processed for medical, dental, GTL, stocks etc. per pay period. Reviewed and approved employee benefit enrollment, change or termination documentation based on adherence to plan provisions. Maintained all related records, plan documents and employee data forms. Scheduled test dates such as (TB) Tuberculosis and fingerprinting, for new employees. Processed employee claim forms; for any benefits offered. Revised the retirement plan description. Monthly reports for new hires and terminations. Software used PeopleSoft.
