Managed local depot and oversaw 4 western regional depots in CA, WA and OR. Met with new and potential clients to determine proper equipment needs, developed equipment specifications for new projects to ensure proper execution and to meet customer needs, met with suppliers to ensure that material and capital inventory needs were being met, handled HR issues for local branch and SoCal operation.
