Daily Duties at Endo Pharmaceuticals:
Assuring the proper reach and frequency of quality Endo product presentations by representatives. Proactive staffing. Develop and maintain representative core competencies; product knowledge and sales skills. Effective use, and representative oversight, of all technology, e.g. CRM, SFA, MS Office, etc. in completion of duties. Oversight and adherence to all health care compliance guidelines, e.g. PDMA, AMA, Endo Employee Handbook, PhRMA. Implementation of product strategies and sales goal achievement through the development of effective district tactical plans and by motivating the representatives to implement those plans. As a member of the national management team collaborate, creating new approaches to marketing of Endo portfolio
