Served as Oracle Implementation Lead responsible for leading the financial applications track including the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management modules. Oversee the operations of server systems which were relevant to projects * Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase application safety * Directed and supported the Project implementation of software and hardware upgrades * Work Closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and their growth needs * Monitor changing network technology and delivered a technology update to the executive team * Develop IT methodology documents based on client workshops, client interviews, diagrams, business and process use cases and workflow analysis * Research and analyzed all aspects of existing business practices and procedures * Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key client personnel needs for the project Oversee the life cycles of changes to business systems and prepare detailed reports for executive management * Establish methods for testing business applications and create templates for reports used to monitor application effectiveness * Submit regular reports to management team about company health and new initiatives in progress
