Daily Duties at Citigroup:

• Served as Financial Controller for Global Workforce Management, Client Experience/CAO, Business Workforce Solutions, and Voice Response Unit Strategy groups while managing a $110M budget; directed groups working internationally in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. • Provided financial analysis and expense reconciliation between North America and global partners. • Developed and distributed month end expense reporting packages for operations and senior management, including detailed variance to budget, prior year and updated forecasts related to expenses, and KPI’s. • Analyzed and uploaded reclassing journal entries and accruals to correct financials/account for unpaid invoices. • Developed and implemented an allocation model to ensure effective, accurate billings to internal customers; teamed with North American and international partners to communicate annual budgets and monthly billings, including reconciliations and detailed explanation of charges. • Identified updates to all Excel models in order to increase efficiency and accuracy as business needs changed.
