Daily Duties at Bayer:

•Performed high through put (HTP) fermentation and primary recovery of IFN, IL-2 products •Conducted product assays and calculations to identify final product quantities, protein, mass, and volume • Collected and processed swabs of manufacturing surfaces and equipment to execute environmental monitoring in compliance with FDA regulations • Excelled in administering data and files by maintaining training records up to date and accurately completing Control Inventory Forms (CIF) for use of raw materials • Strictly followed SOPs and BPDs as well as ensured HES compliance was practiced without exception • Cleaned and sanitized laminar flow hoods to perform aseptic techniques during product recovery process • Accountable for daily set-up and monitoring of lab equipment as well as maintenance and minor repairs
