Served as Project Superintendent with responsibility for overseeing a $350 million Boiler installation project at Georgia Pacific that produces the required electricity to run the entire facility. Implemented and enforced a sound safety program, interviewed, employed, and trained employees & team leaders, as well as reviewed and managed schedules for over a 260 crew members. Meet weekly with Georgia Pacific to coordinate work task with other contractors, analyze costs, review work schedules, and track project timelines. Maintain project goals, requirements to ensure completion and integrity of the project, while holding the responsibility for recruiting personnel for other projects and positions as needed.
