Evaluate business projects to stress on returns and profitablity. Ensure credit terms and limits are approved in line with established company authority levels, Liaise with group treasury and tax on regional cash pool, intercompany loan agreements and transfer pricing issues for government compliance. Lead the budgeting, forecasting processes, conduct analysis and review financial results with operations team. Manage factories in the region (China, India) on manufacturing cost and inventory, support ERP implementations. Centralize finance support in the region to cut down costs.
