Daily Duties at Convergeone:
x Attend and participate in National Sales Conferences, all virtual and onsite Convergence Team meetings, and other meetings as may be requested by Director of Converged Solutions. x Identify, communicate, and resolve projects at risk of scope creep, failure, missing deadlines, and other issues that negatively impact customer, team, and corporate target. x Responsible for installation, support and troubleshooting of Convergence supported products (Session Boarder controllers SBC, Data switches, routers and wireless, Session management, vmware applications) on a billable basis, and as projects dictate. x Responsible for support and troubleshooting of customer data network environments to achieve a high-quality VoIP installation. x Assess customer’s data network as part of the NACR implementation team to insure satisfactory IP voice quality prior to VoIP installation. x Provide assessment and troubleshooting support, post-cutover, on a billable basis. x Assist customers in setting up and testing DHCP server scopes, TFTP servers and make QoS recommendations. IP Telephony product implementation activities such as IP addressing, firmware downloads and testing of Media Servers and gateways.
