Daily Duties at Sears Holdings Corporations:
Manage all operations functions of 30 full-line stores in six states(MN, WI,IA, NE, SD, ND) consisting of over 2,500 hourly and exempt-level employees with 30 direct reports and sales volume of 300 million. Accountable of profit and loss, credit performance and loyalty program, cost reduction and expense control. In 2016 our total expenses came in under the prior year by 1.5%, 9 million dollars. Also responsible for productivity standards , payroll, staffing, backroom processes, frontline performance Location Balance scorecard KPI's around back room performance and sales via our companies web site. Total expense budget $51 million in 2016.
