Information Systems Director for Disease Management Product Platform. Responsible for all aspects of Information Systems for a $12 million / year subscription service. Primarily hired to implement SDLC, repair data gaps and system problems systemic to operations. Responsibilities include internal and external customer requirements assessment, application design, development, quality assurance, user support and product infrastructure needs.
