I demonstrated expertise in designing, planning, and implementing hardware and software upgrades and migrations, which included Windows 2000/2003 AD from NT 4 and Novell network environments, Exchange 2000/2003 from Exchange 5.5. Efficiently setup and configured wireless networks while performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on daily client issues.
