Daily Duties at Stealthbits Technologies:
Manage internal Professional Services Team as well as additional partner engineers who work on multiple projects at one time. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify needs & recommend targeted solutions in a Technical Account Management role. Oversee project status & reporting and manage the full project life cycle through implementation and evaluation. Personally direct initiatives with strategic and/or complex accounts.
