Daily Duties at Gtb:

Account team lead for Ford dealer association (FDAF) in the Midwest, comprised of 4 states (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska), 10 DMAs and 175+ dealers. Directly managed account, creative, media and planning teams across 4 offices in the development and recommendation of custom marketing strategies and tactics. Developed and managed relationships with 16-member, Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Ford regional and national management. Select Achievements: • Reprioritized annual media plan spending o Increased annual digital spend from 10% in 2005 to over 30% in 2015 to align with consumer media consumption o Overall increased media spend by 60% from $15M in 2005 to $25M+ in 2015, representing 15% of the total spend for the Central Market Area • Partnered with Flash Point Communications in pioneering first ever Tier II social media advertising solution o Facebook page and content development resulting in 98K+ page likes since its inception in 2010 o Piloted PinPoint Test Drive promotion in 2013 increasing qualified leads at the dealership by roughly 30% and test drives by 50% • Negotiated key athletic/sports sponsorship contracts to achieve 100%+ ROI with the following: o NCAA – University of Kansas, Kansas State University, University of Missouri, Iowa State University, University of Iowa, University of Nebraska o Professional sports/venues – Kansas Speedway, Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals
