Daily Duties at Gibraltar Industries (Amico):
• Dual role of Plant Manager and Human Resources to handle all aspects of closing the facility from November 2016 until the closure February 28th, 2017 • Oversee daily operations of a plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed in all departments. • Preparing Financial Statements • Department in addition to Human Resources from November 2015 to current. • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Schedule the 2 shift department employees in accordance with workloads
