Managed a multi-functional Project Team through project development and assurance requirements necessary for final investment approval. The project scope included the design and construction of two greenfield offshore platforms 35 miles offshore of the West Coast of Nigeria. The execution strategy included the fabrication of the GGCP Meren platform in South Korea and the Sonam NWP platform in Nigeria. CAPEX was ~ $2 billion.
