o Established and administered a well by well review to increase production and capabilities of each well (438) for potential upgrades and serviceability resulting in a 26% average increased of production. o Coordinated a daily meeting to review production on each well to advise 8 personnel on which wells required attention do to lose of production or down status to bring production up to desired goals. o Collaborated with petroleum engineers to provide better designs and equipment to better service wells capabilities and efficiencies. reducing costs and infrastructure for the company o Capitalized human and informational resources while applying technical knowledge and calculating risk to reduce operating cost and infrastructure requirements for the organization.
