Daily Duties at Bp America:
o Supervised crews from 4 to 25 personnel in the maintenance and upkeep of oil field equipment (Pump Jacks, Motors, Hydraulic pumps, Generators, programming electronic controllers). o Developed and implemented maintenance schedules to include labor and technical requirements, procedural compliance to include instructions, specifications, blueprints, manuals, and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. o Formulated advance plans for organizational operations to include budget, logistics, technical specifications, and third party operations and contracts. o Reviewed and developed maintenance plan to service valves and pipeline repairs that connected wells to downstream vendors. o Designed and initiated shut down and emergencies isolation plans in the event of catastrophic failure or natural disaster. o Developed contingency plans for continuity of operation ensuring survivability of $450M annual operations. o Coordinated security operations with federal, state and local law enforcement and the direct lesion to those authorities in the event of a devastating disaster causing loss of life or the potential there of do to explosion of natural gas.
