Daily Duties at Getrag Corporation:

Worked as part of the team to develop the process of mass producing timing gears for diesel engines from austempered ductile iron. The process was proven to be effective at the University of Munich under the direction of Getrag Engineering. This involve: 1. Setting up the equipment and infra structure with the aid of equipment suppliers and other Getrag personnel. 2. Learning the processes and functionality of the equipment to run the parts on all gear machining equipment used in the facility. 3. Interview, hire, and training of operators, quality, and setup personnel. 4. Safety, Quality, Delivery, cost and moral of associates. 5. Production Management of a three shift operation. Played a major role in the re location to Newton, North Carolina
