Daily Duties at Riverside Abstract:
Reviewing and proofing large and complex title searches of both commercial and residential properties in various states, particularly New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Responsible for ensuring that title is clear and that any potential title problems are identified and cured prior to issuing either an owner's or lender's policy of title insurance. Review and clear approximately 75 to 100 plus title searches on a monthly basis. Reviewing surveys of both residential and commercial properties. Consulting with attorneys for both buyers, sellers and lenders concerning potential title problems and discussing how to best address those issues in order to provide a clean title insurance policy.
