Managed and Coordinated all activities in a retail store with 100 plus associates with six exempt-level managers. Responsible for the profit and loss of a fourteen million dollar unit and performing in all KPI’s as measured on our scorecard. Hiring properly, retaining store associates, training and compliance, expense control, merchandise and presentation, shrink control, process implementation, productivity.
