Led Four districts during this time in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin. Total accountability for Profit and Loss Performance and KPI performance as measured with our Location Balance Scorecard for ten to fifteen stores in each district. Merchandising oversight, customer relationship building. Team leadership development along with talent management and succession planning. Volume ranged from 91 million to 150 million in revenue
