North Region twelve states in the Northeast and Midwest with over 300 full lines stores Key areas of responsibility leading a team of business to business District Account and thirty Home Service Advisors, whose primary responsibility is to generate profitable revenue by developing and maintaining on-going consultative relationships with business clients and provide training to strengthen selling, coaching and solutions skills for Sears Home Service products in Sears, SHO and Kmart stores. Home Service products are Protection Plans, Replacement Plans, Installation, Home Improvement products. Installation and Delivery Water Filter replacements.
