Daily Duties at Mc Kesson/Hboc:

I was responsible for providing support nation-wide and responding to product applications support questions from customers in regards to the company's software, which included McKesson STAR Patient Processing, McKesson STAR Clinical, McKesson Pharmacy, McKesson Laboratory, McKesson Radiology, McKesson Medical Records and Transcription, McKesson Utilization Review. State Report, 3M Encoder, Nuance-Quantum Encoder. McKesson Paragon Medical Records and Pargaon Patient Registation. I identified problem area(s) and would provide recommendations to resolve the issue. Provided recommendations to customers on application questions and provided status updates to issues in CRM call tracking system. Utilized special domain expertise as it related specific application of the software to resolve the customer's problems (ex, SQL, data corrections). I was also assigned to assist clients with the ICD-10 migration.
