Achieved and monitored aggressive targets, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Project Lead for Security Operations, moving from an obsolete fraud workstation environment to an accepted platform, automating 65% of fraud disputes, equating to a significant cost save for the business. Served as Security Operations Lead for the production environment for Security Operations, Debit Card, and Fraud Application placed in Chennai, India, involving directing workflow and monitoring performance for 5 managers and approximately 50 staff. Recipient of two Team Leadership Awards, nominated by Project Manager, for improving processes in marketing arena and drawing in new customers. Partnered with IT staff to transition the department out of an antiquated agile environment to a new, streamlined automation system, automating 65% of work processes. Consistently reached aggressive business defined performance indicators by acting with urgency and strong commitment, streamlining processes, and reducing error rates.
