Daily Duties at Atos:
Coordinated with the Critical Environment team to monitor the impact of space and power requirements for all deployments and decommissions of a 24/7 Microsoft data center. Accountable for all server and network related support issues; ensured all issues were resolved in a timely fashion to the satisfaction of the customer. Oversaw service delivery provided by both onshore and offshore IT services companies. Developed a service delivery scorecard to track performance, used to set expectations with vendors and report to executive management on service delivery.
