Daily Duties at Tcs:
I was a Deployment Program Manager delivering network hardware deployments in Microsoft global data centers. Led project management teams creating the infrastructure and capabilities to support client’s large and complex initiatives. Led network deployment for SharePoint, Excel and Auto Pilot projects totaling $500M+. Project manager for O365 tech refresh projects; a large volume of work that had to be performed with individual node work windows, requiring on-time defect free delivery so the program did not fall behind schedule. Project manager for time sensitive deployments of Pre-rack server and network hardware into new Azure nodes. Project manager for the Commerce Team 2013 Holiday Readiness project. This project was deployed to facilitate the online Microsoft holiday orders for the new Xbox release. Productively corrected Middle of the Row (MoR) network project delivery time, which had been delivering late for over 2 years, prior to arrival.
