Fulfill a key role leading the coordination and execution of logistics issues for this manufacturer of hydraulics, pneumatics, and custom valves, in a 20,000 SQ FT storage, shipping and receiving area, with accountability for an inventory of 3500 SKUs, valued at $5.5MM. Cultivated relationships of collaboration and cooperation with multiple internal departments to ensure the 100% on-time shipment and accurate picking, packing and fulfillment of customer orders, from 50 to 150 orders shipped per day. Effectively managed the order selection and delivery of component parts necessary for custom production in the machine shop and assembly departments. Engaged in daily cycle counts while investigating, addressing, and resolving inventory issues and transaction discrepancies. Successfully managed 11 non-union material handlers and a delivery truck driver.
