Daily Duties at Expedia [Aim Contract]:
• Manage deployment of BMC’s Remedy Service Desk Incident Management module • Re-energize stalled project, • Manage BMC Vendor relationship • Maintain accurate/timely communication on project status, risks and issues • Partner with o Expedia Directors and department Managers o Expedia’s Technical management staff o Expedia User departments o BMC Deployment specialists • Upgrade infrastructure to support Remedy application • Develop, obtain approval, execute o Deployment plan o Training Plan and materials
