Creating a bridge between the highly technical detail involved in NetApp storage administration and NetApp's customers needing technical advice and support. Also phrasing technical solutions to customers who are in distress during a mission critical production outage they are experiencing in ways they can implement, understand and re communicate up their internal management chains. Converting 10,000 pages of printed highly technical material into an absorbable story for new trainees who start with some technical knowledge and may be experienced system administrators or college students actively attending university. Building teams who work to understand and care about the customers' situations analyze their technical needs and create knowledge to share among the teams and ultimately to customers.
