Daily Duties at Jp Morgan :

• Resolution of problems or transactions where expertise is required to interpret or administer policies, guidelines or processes. • Coordinating support, problem resolution and system enhancements for the Instant Credit System within Lending Operations, Marketing and Vendor hosted applications. • Provide initial problem resolution for issues impacting internal and external customers in the instant Credit and Authorization space with Partners. • Identify potential system impacts to internal or Partner systems with upcoming systematic enhancements or fixes. • Interact with multiple areas within US and Canada, including Credit IS, Marketing IS, Marketing Operations, Channel Managers, Marketing Acquisitions, Relationship Managers, and external Partners and Vendors. • Provide follow up communication regarding issue resolution, delegate to responsible area to ensure that issue resolution occurs, is monitored and is closed. Includes acting as liaison for Chase and/or Partner or Vendor during system resolution or enhancements. • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in the Instant Credit account acquisition process. • Assist with reporting information definition and gathering efforts to supply performance metrics to management and sales and relationship partners. • Ensure that proper communication occurs to internal and external partners or vendors. • Build / develop relationships with Vendors, Partners, internal and external, to ensure seamless support and integration of Instant Credit initiatives and functionality. • Adhere to SLA agreements regarding notification to Partners for issue resolution. • Provide input to the study and establishment of new and revised systems, procedures and methods. • Assist with development, recommendation, and implementation of operations policies, processes and services. • Perform activities for monitoring and wellness of the Instant Credit platform to demonstrate end to end process is performing as expected. • Support, on a rotating basis, 24x7 Pager Support of Instant Credit and Instant Decision account acquisition process, including support of issue resolution conference calls. • Adhere to qualities of Support, Reliability - delivering on the promise every time, Responsiveness - being willing to help, Assurance - inspiring trust and confidence. • Autonomous in day-to-day decision-making. Makes recommendations to management on issues of larger or strategic scope. • Liaison between the business and technology groups.
