Bowery Mission Work Values

Daily Duties at Bowery Mission:

I oversee all aspects of our Compassionate Care which entails serving the homeless 1600 meals served daily housing the homeless 300 men Knightley also shower programs three times a week clothing programs day programs for the homeless all Chapel Services all volunteers that's served both in the kitchen and volunteers with churches leaving Mentor programs and also doing Chapel Services which we have three service a day at our Flagship site two Chapel Services a day at our New Jersey site and two additional Chapel Services a day at I men's life transformation program on 115th Street in Harlem I oversee all our social workers are counselors and referral programs. Also I oversee all of hours adult men's sites which consists of three different sites a six-story 80 bed Christ centered residential rehabilitation program in East Harlem also our 80 bed flagship facility facility in lower Manhattan which consists 40 21 day shelter program beds 20 Gateway program Beds which is the first phase of our life transformation program that is in East Harlem also 20 women shelter beds. I oversee All Staffing programming budgeting training and most importantly spiritual leadership 4 45 staff five directly reports in two states New York and New Jersey
