Daily Duties at Real Time Translation:
Contracted by the founder of Real Time Translation, Inc. (RTT) in 2006 to research the market and produce a business plan that would be used to raise capital to bring his product to market. After completion of the business plan, the founder and the minority investors moved my role from a consultant to CEO of the company in 2007, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. I was tasked with identifying the corporate structure, completed the membership control agreement, hired legal and accounting firms, design/engineering firm in which they produced a working prototype, interviewed and hired executives to fill out management positions in the company, oversaw all employments agreements and contracts with vendors and completed all the written material and videos that would be used on the company’s website and completed a national survey targeting first responders that helped me raise $1.2 million in equity from investors.
