Daily Duties at Johnson Controls Inc. Global It:
Lead Engineer & SME- Mobility and Video Solutions; Enterprise Client Computing Group (2005 - 2016) Responsible for the building, testing (QA), and deployment of enterprise class solutions for Mobile Device Management, Messaging, eCollaboration including HD Video Conferencing, Room & Resource Management and Interactive Smart Boards. Create and Document support process Build and maintain DEV, QA, Pilot and production server environment Perform QA and application validation testing Provide tier 3 engineering support for operations and service desk worldwide. Formulate solutions for application code issues. Assess and verify service design for installations, migrations and upgrades. Perform hardware assessment, sizing and installation. Drive or attended regular engineering and operations status meetings with vendors and Business Partners. Attended conferences and industry events keeping abreast of trends and directions.
