Daily Duties at Ijis, Inc.:
Contracted by a new start-up, IJIS, Inc. in early 2015 to review all financials and make recommendation concerning management and the design of their new product. After reviewing the financials, meeting with management and having the product reviewed by an experience inventor and design firm, I recommended the following; release all management do to the misappropriation of funds and inexperience in running a company and discontinue the design concept. In 2016, I accepted the position of acting CEO. Interviewed and hire all vendors here an abroad and negotiated the terms of each contract. Create a business plan that will be used to raise capital.
