Daily Duties at Smi Consulting:
Over see day-to-day operations of the company. Enter into agreements with clients. Prepare business plans, power point presentations and PPMs to raise capital. Secure equity and debt through investors, lenders and VCs. Hire executive management, Negotiate all contracts. Help put in place new sales and marketing strategies that increased the bottom line.
