Daily Duties at Sika Corporation:
Direct day to day operations of four attorney Legal Department, allocate assignments to legal staff. Report to Executive Committee on a monthly basis on status of pending and new legal matters, advise Committee on legal strategy and policy. Guide and work with the Legal team on contract negotiations and drafting agreements, including but not limited to supply, private label, distribution, warranties, noncompetes , and warranties, claims, litigations, intellectual property and employment matters. Managed outside counsel in both litigation and non litigation matters. Developed excellent relationships with employees at all levels in all departments across the Company.
