Daily Duties at Axa Equitable:
Oversee the implementation of SAP general ledger and investment database. My role was primarily to ensure the investment portion of the project, which includes $80 billion in assets spread over six third party investment advisors and the internal investment accounting group, was achieved on target. These responsibilities included the creation of a new chart of accounts, creating new detailed accounting and database feeds for all investment types; bonds, stocks, derivatives, joint ventures, mortgages, real estate, and separate accounts, creation of reports both in the general ledger and the investment database.
