Initiate and direct the company’s overall corporate wellness program and presence. My position encompassed developing company-wide projects and methods to help control health claims and ultimately create a full scale wellness program. My team and I helped lead wellness coaching sessions, engaging and assisting in getting our employee’s healthier with the objective of keeping insurance costs down.
