Daily Duties at Open Text:
• Develop models at both project and enterprise levels • Lead project teams in facilitated workshops to accomplish rapid opportunity evaluation and requirements analysis • Simulate operational level models, provide comparative analysis and provide process redesign alternative cost justification • Mentor teams in business process management concepts and tool usage. • Create modeling technique reference materials, standards and users guides. • Manage Statements of Work.
